Partners Terms and Conditions

Partnership Agreement:

1. By entering into a partnership agreement with the organiser [B2B Growth Expo & B2B Growth Hub Limited], Partners agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Partners must confirm their partnership commitment and fulfill the agreed-upon partnership  benefits.

Partnership Benefits:

1. The specific partnership benefits and deliverables will be outlined in the partnership agreement.
2. The exhibition organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed-upon benefits to partners, subject to any limitations or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment and Invoicing:

1. Partners are responsible for making the agreed-upon partnership payments in accordance with the specified terms and schedule.
2. Invoices will be issued by the exhibition organizers and payment should be made within the stipulated timeframe.

Partnership Materials:

1. Partners may be required to provide their company logo, branding materials, or other promotional assets to the exhibition organizers for inclusion in event-related marketing materials.
2. Partners warrant that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and reproduce any intellectual property provided to the exhibition organizers.

Promotion and Publicity:

1. Partners may be promoted as event Partners on the exhibition's website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
2. Partners are invited to amplify their partnership and involvement in the exhibition by leveraging their networks and channels. Additionally, they are encouraged to assist in boosting both exhibitor and attendee numbers.
3. We may share your Personal Information with exhibitors, partners, suppliers, franchisees and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Company.
4. Partners may be photographed or recorded during the exhibition, and their likeness may be used for promotional or marketing materials. However, We reserve the right to conduct all photography and video recording within reason and as we deem necessary for promotion and marketing purposes. Please notify us as soon as possible, and in a timely manner, if You would not like You to feature in such footage, and we will use our best endeavours to remove and not publish that footage.

Termination or Cancellation:

1. In the event of partnership termination or cancellation by the partner, the exhibition organizers may have the discretion to refund a portion of the partnership fee based on the stage of planning and incurred expenses.
2. The exhibition organizers reserve the right to terminate or cancel a partnership agreement due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any other valid reasons.

Indemnification:

1. Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless the exhibition organizers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their partnership or any related activities.

Non-Disclosure:

1. Partners may have access to confidential information or trade secrets of the exhibition organizers or other participants.
2. Partners agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

Amendments:

1. The exhibition organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendments will be communicated to visitors through appropriate channels.
