Cancellation Policy - Hassle-Free Cancellations and Refunds

Exhibitors:

    Exhibitors who wish to cancel their participation in the exhibition must provide written notice to the exhibition organizers as early as possible. The cancellation notice should include the reasons for cancellation and any relevant supporting documentation.

    Cancellation Timeline:

    If cancellation notice is received: More than 120 days before the exhibition: A refund of 100% of the booth fee will be provided. Between 120 and 90 days before the exhibition: A refund of 60% of the booth fee will be provided. Between 60 and 90 days before the exhibition: A refund of 50% of the booth fee will be provided. Less than 60 days before the exhibition: No refund will be provided.

    Booth Transfer:

- Exhibitors may request to transfer their booth to another party, subject to the approval of the exhibition organizers. - A transfer fee may apply, and the new exhibitor must comply with all terms and conditions.

Speakers:

    Speakers who need to cancel their speaking engagement at the exhibition must notify the exhibition organizers in writing as soon as possible.
The cancellation notice should include the reasons for cancellation and any relevant supporting documentation.

Cancellation Timeline:

If cancellation notice is received: More than 90 days before the exhibition: A substitute speaker may be arranged, subject to the approval of the exhibition organizers. Between 30 and 90 days before the exhibition: The speaking slot may be rescheduled or filled by a substitute speaker, subject to the approval of the exhibition organizers. Less than 30 days before the exhibition: No changes or substitutions will be allowed. If a speaker decides to cancel their participation in the exhibition, the organizers will charge a cancellation fee of £1000. This fee is applicable to cover the costs and inconveniences associated with the cancellation. The speaker will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee promptly upon receiving the invoice from the exhibition organizers.

  1. Sponsors who wish to cancel their sponsorship agreement for the exhibition must provide written notice to the exhibition organizers as early as possible.
  2. The cancellation notice should include the reasons for cancellation and any relevant supporting documentation.
