Exhibitors Terms and Conditions

 

Application and Agreement:

1. By submitting an application and participating as an exhibitor in the expo, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. All applications are subject to review and acceptance by the expo organizers.

Payment and Booth Allocation:

1. Payment for booth space must be made in accordance with the specified deadlines and terms provided by the expo organizers.
2. Booth allocation will be determined by the expo organizers and communicated to exhibitors prior to the event.

Booth Specifications and Displays:

1. Exhibitors are responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining their booth displays.
2. Booth displays should adhere to safety regulations and any specific guidelines provided by the expo organizers.
3. Exhibitors must not damage the venue's facilities or infrastructure.

Liability and Insurance:

1. Exhibitors are responsible for the security and safety of their own booth and display materials.
2. The expo organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that occurs during the event.
3. Exhibitors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage to protect their property and personnel.

Promotion and Publicity Pre Event:

1. Exhibitors may be promoted on the exhibition's website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
2. Exhibitors are encouraged to actively promote their participation in the exhibition through their own networks and channels.

Promotion and Publicity Post Event:

1. By attending the exhibition, exhibitors consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for registration and event-related purposes.
2. We may share your Personal Information with exhibitors, partners, suppliers, franchisees and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Company.
3. Exhibitors may be photographed or recorded during the exhibition, and their likeness may be used for promotional or marketing materials. However, We reserve the right to conduct all photography and video recording within reason and as we deem necessary for promotion and marketing purposes. Please notify us as soon as possible, and in a timely manner, if You would not like You to feature in such footage, and we will use our best endeavours to remove and not publish that footage.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Exhibitors may cancel their participation by providing written notice to the expo organizers.
2. Refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

Cancellation received 120 days or more before the event: Refund 100 percentage Cancellation received 90 days or more before the event: Refund 60 percentage Cancellation received 60 days or more before the event: Refund 50 percentage Cancellation received less than 60 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

Substitution and Transfers:

1. Exhibitors may request a substitution or transfer of their booth space with prior written approval from the expo organizers.
2. The expo organizers reserve the right to deny any substitution or transfer requests.

Non-Discrimination and Compliance:

1. Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards during the event.
2. Exhibitors must not engage in any discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.

Indemnification:

1. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the expo organizers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the event.

Termination:

1. The expo organizers reserve the right to terminate an exhibitor's participation in the event for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, without refund.

Amendments:

1. The exhibition organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendments will be communicated to visitors through appropriate channels.
