Gill Cooke

Gill Cooke (she/her) is an Inclusion Consultant, coach, and thought leader who helps organisations improve talent retention, reduce attrition and absence, and enhance employee and customer outcomes through intentional inclusion. With a background in IT programme management, delivery, planning, and HR, she has made a measurable impact across the organisations she has supported, fostering more inclusive and supportive workplace cultures. Gill was recognised as one of Diversio's 133 Women Changemakers in 2023, is a Tech100Women Winner, and has served as a volunteer UK delegate for UN Women for the past three years.
