Emma is a recovery catalyst/coach and founder of Evolve Recovery, transforming lives through ADHD-addiction support. Her journey from prison officer to addict and homeless led to discovering her true self—and undiagnosed ADHD, mislabelled "lazy" despite relentless late-night work. Now a Master NLP Practitioner, podcaster, author, and public speaker, she crafts holistic courses, podcasts, and communities, rejecting rigid regimes for neurodivergent-friendly paths.
