Has Your Business Outgrown Your Accountant?

This practical session explores the signs that a business may have outgrown its current level of financial support, and how regular conversations, reliable information, and earlier planning can uncover issues and opportunities before decisions are fixed. It will help owners consider whether their accountant is simply reporting what has happened, or providing the insight and foresight needed for what comes next.
