Delete your B2B Growth Expo app account

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the B2B Growth Expo app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Without the app

Email hello@b2bgrowthexpo.com from the address you registered with, using the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your app account and login details (email address and password)
• Your profile: name, phone number, company, job title and profile photo
• Your listing in the attendee directory, your messages, meeting requests and push notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

• Your show registration (your ticket or badge): name, email address, phone number, company, job title, the show you registered for, your ticket type and whether you checked in. This is held separately from your app account, for running and reporting on the show, and is kept for 2 years after the show. To have it deleted sooner, say so in your email to hello@b2bgrowthexpo.com.
• Payment records for paid tickets or stands (invoices and amounts paid), which UK tax law requires us to keep for 6 years.
• Contacts you saved to your phone’s address book stay on your phone. We can’t delete them.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

To delete only some of your data from the B2B Growth Expo app, such as your phone number, company details, profile photo or messages:

1. Email hello@b2bgrowthexpo.com from the address you registered with, using the subject “Delete my data”.
2. List the data you want deleted.

We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Your account stays active. Some data, such as your email address and event registration, is needed for your account to work, so we can’t remove it while your account exists.
