Throughout my career, I’ve achieved milestones that reflect my commitment to excellence. From becoming the youngest ever Director at an AIM listed PLC, to driving 30% NFI growth in four consecutive years, these accomplishments are meaningful — but the ones I’m most proud of center around mentoring and developing other leaders, then seeing what they go on to achieve.
