I am the founder of Timeless IMS with over 33 years of experience in the IT and Technology space. My passion is all about helping business owners, teams and organizations understand where their business is, and where they want their business to be, and then helping them get there with ‘right first time’ managed technology solutions. Partnering with myself, as a trusted managed technology provider expert, will allow my clients to maintain a focus on continued successful growth. My sole aim is to work with business owners to learn and understand how their businesses work. It is only by fully understanding my client’s business, that I can proactively support their needs in today’s modern business landscape. Why work with me: As a technology expert and business owner, I fully understand the challenges business experience on a daily basis. Technology solutions are critical to most modern businesses and I fully value the importance of working with proactive, like-minded people to deliver the right solutions the first time. It is not just about what technology you use to go about your daily business, it’s about why you use such technologies and the proactive management of these that allows my clients to focus on business stability and growth. My approach: I have embedded into my business culture the sole aim to make sure that I provide unparalleled customer service to the underserved SME Market, by offering the breadth and depth of services that large corporate companies expect, but delivering them on a smaller more cost-effective scale to make sure our SME clients are protected from hackers, cyber-attacks and user errors that can cause financial and reputational damage. I work with my clients to fully understand their technology needs and identify where changes can be made to deliver managed technology solutions that work across all business areas. My approach isn’t suitable for all the businesses I speak to, which is why I only work with clients who are able to give me a certain level of time commitment and are serious about working with me in a proactive way, to deliver the managed technology solutions needed in today’s challenging business world.
