Topic description: Being in customer service for around 14 years I have learn that personalized service is the key for success in whatever industry you are. If you believe in your product/service and you are passionate about it, you have the knowledge of what you can offer, you studied the market and you know the differences you can make and highlight the benefits that you hold, you can become unstoppable and achieving your goals. Some people have the right skills and knowledge but miss out in presentation , not investing enough time, not prospecting enough, quitting too soon and don't bring that extra touch or feel to the customers. All customers need to believe in your service and what you have to offer, if you create the need for them - the client is yours. Customer service post sale is extremely important also. People sometime don't purchase something just for the product itself, but mostly for the service they can get afterwards. Missing any element from the circle from prospecting until after sale process can make you client leave for a better opportunity elsewhere.
